Layout:

- Ground floor
Through the gatehouse, which can also serve as storage space for your classic car, the courtyard is accessible, from where the farmhouse can be entered through both the hallway and the living room. The courtyard is separated by a hedge, offering privacy from the neighbouring house, number 75.
The air-conditioned hallway provides access to bedrooms I, II and III, bathroom I and the laundry room. Fixed custom-made cupboards have been installed under the stairs. The practical laundry room (about 6 m²), is equipped with a sink (hot/cold water) and connections for washer and dryer.
Bathroom I features a washbasin with double tap, a floating toilet, a walk-in shower and a duo bathtub. The stylish dark floor tiles are fitted with underfloor heating. The same dark tiles are used on the walls, but with varying formats, resulting in a playful and elegant ensemble.
The bedrooms have almost identical dimensions of around 13 m² each. The windows overlook the private courtyard.
At the end of the hallway, the spacious living area (total approx. 93 m²) is accessible. The living room has a suspended ceiling, which creates a cosy and secure feeling. The steel plate floor, which partly extends to the wall with built-in gas fireplace, enhances this experience.
In open connection with the living room is the spacious kitchen diner. This unique contrast creates a special ambiance in the living space. The entire ground floor is finished sleekly with a steel plate floor (except for the bathroom, toilet and mezzanine) and smoothly finished stucco walls and ceilings.

- 1st floor
The first floor is also special in its design and layout. Via one of the two staircases, one reaches the mezzanine, from where one has a view of the living kitchen, finished with a glass balustrade and the truss in sight. Following on from the mezzanine is the hobby room, fitted with a built-in cupboard wall. Both rooms are multifunctional and suitable for various purposes.
The second staircase leads to the landing, with a loft ladder to the storage attic. From this landing, bedroom IV and bathroom II can be reached. Bedroom IV (about 21 m²) is air-conditioned and has its own dressing room. Bathroom II has the same tile finish as the ground floor bathroom and is equipped with a washbasin, duo bath, a floating toilet and a walk-in shower.

- 2nd floor
A steel staircase with glass balustrade provides access to the spacious landing and bedroom V. The luxurious and sleek finish found on the other floors has also been implemented on this floor. Here, too, one finds a sleek wall and ceiling finish combined with the trusses and a steel plate floor, creating a uniform, warm and luxurious look.

Outbuildings:
A storage shed with loft provides ample storage options for garden tools, bicycles and the like. In addition, the gate area offers possibilities for parking your vehicles. A private parking space next to house number 75 is also available.

Garden:
