Architecturally unique, that's this ca.154 m2 third-floor dwelling. The void in the kitchen diner provides lots of light and an insane sense of space. Here you have a beautiful sightline over the IJ. The terrace of approx. 18 m2 faces south. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout of the house can be adapted to your personal wishes in consultation.

Parking
The listed price does not include the obligatory parking space in the underground car park. The total ground floor price is € 1,602,500. Optional additional parking spaces can be purchased in the adjacent (above-ground) parking building à € 35,000,- v.o.n.

Horn's lower two floors are open and elongated. The view of the IJ is given plenty of space. The symmetrical design of the windows creates a soothing cadence and puts the building firmly on the ground. The upper floors refer to the site's industrial past. Less than 10 minutes away by bike is metro station Noorderpark of the Noord/Zuidlijn. From there, you can be in the centre of Amsterdam or at the Zuidas within 15 minutes. Welcome to KAAP
KAAP's unique location calls for contemporary architecture. The five small-scale and exclusive residential buildings were designed by three different architectural firms, each with their own vision of living and design. Orange Architects designed Horn and York, Powerhouse Company designed Coast and Verde and Next Architects designed Blanc and the pavilion. The result: five iconic residential buildings with their own character and signature that together form a powerful whole.

Own land
KAAP is being built on private land, without ground lease. So here you do not have to deal with the annual additional costs of the ground rent, which makes a huge difference.
The five buildings are realised on top of an underground car park that runs underneath the five buildings. A parking space is reserved here for each flat. You can also buy an extra parking space, in the car park further down Grass Road.

Comfort and quality
All walls and ceilings in the flats will have a smooth finish. The interior window frames are wooden and the doors are hinged.
Kitchen and bathroom fittings are included in the purchase price. A hull delivery is also an option.
