Within minutes by car or ski bus you are in the village centre or at several ski lifts. 10 minutes from Chatel, 20 minutes from Morzine (Switzerland) and half an hour from Lake Geneva where there are also beautiful places like Lausanne and Montreux where many events are organised.

The French village of Abondance is ééone of the 12 villages in Portes du Soleil. With 650 KM of slopes, Portes du Soleil is the largest ski area in the world, which is located in France and Switzerland. The chalet's accessibility is very good. From Utrecht it is 900 KM and Geneva airport is 1 hour away.
 

The chalet is south-facing, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long and the beautiful view of the slopes and ski lifts and the village of Abondance. Also in the evening and ’night you will have a beautiful view over the valley and slopes.

It was designed by a Dutch property developer. The complex is guarded 24/7 and has a wellness with gym, swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. The VvE costs are +- € 800,- per month. The chalet is in excellent condition and insanely finished! All rooms have parquet floors with underfloor heating and the entire chalet is smoothly plastered. The chalet is sold including contents. The entire house has underfloor heating.

GROUND FLOOR
From the entrance you have access to the meter cupboard, the toilet room, the stairs to floor -1 and the living room.

The very spacious living room has huge windows, so you can enjoy the beautiful view and light from the living room as well. No fewer than five French doors provide access to the upper terrace. The living room also has beams, which create a cosy atmosphere, and a fireplace, which allows you to heat the entire living room.
The open and modern kitchen features a cooking island and various built-in appliances, such as an induction hob with integrated extractor hood, coffee maker, climate control cabinet (for wine), oven, microwave, Quooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The whole is beautifully finished with a granite worktop. From the kitchen you also have a nice view over the living room, the mountains and the valley. A French door in the kitchen gives access to the large pantry.
The terrace is located across the entire width of the house and the terrace is facing south-west, so you can enjoy the sun all day! The terrace is equipped with outdoor lighting and a fireplace (!), so you can also warm the terrace and get the real winter sports feeling in winter. It is also
great to stay here in summer!

GROUND FLOOR (-1)
From the landing you have access to four bedrooms – two of which have ensuite bathrooms, a bathroom in the hallway, a separate toilet room and the stairs to floor -2. From each bedroom you can enjoy the insane views over the mountains and the valley. Again, all bedrooms have beautiful parquet floors with underfloor heating and the walls and ceiling have been plastered smooth.

The master bedroom has a beautiful window with French doors to the downstairs terrace adjacent to the garden. The bathroom is fully tiled and features a bathtub, wall closet, double sink with cabinet and mirror and walk-in shower, which is equipped with a hand and rain shower. The bathroom also has several recessed spotlights.

The second bedroom/closet room features a window, giving the bedroom plenty of light and storage space.

The third bedroom has a window area, providing the bedroom with plenty of light.

The fourth bedroom features a window area and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also features plenty of light.

The ensuite bathroom is fully tiled and features a double sink with cabinet and mirror, wall closet and a walk-in shower with hand and rain shower.
