Get inside De Zalmhaven and experience grandiose and progressive living. The design 
The design of De Zalmhaven stems from a collaboration between two renowned architecture firms. The high rise is a design by Dam & Partners, while the two lower towers and townhouses are a design by KAAN Architects. De Zalmhaven contains a total of 452 flats and 33 townhouses, a parking garage, offices, commercialële spaces, a roof garden and a restaurant with views over Rotterdam's imposing skyline. 

Dwellings 
De Zalmhaven accommodates three types of housing:

-mansions

The flats are situated in the 215-metre-high De Zalmhaven I on the east side, the two identical towers De Zalmhaven II and III and the lower residential level. The design allows flats to be combined entirely according to one's own taste and wishes. Floors flow smoothly into ceiling-high windows, designed diagonally in many places for an optimal experience of light, openness, space and views.
