At the residents' request, the kitchen was assigned the most prominent place: 'That's the heart of the house. We want light there all day long. From there we want to be able to walk into the garden, eat outside, look out over the fields but also have contact with the street.' And we succeeded. Big spaces, big gestures. Stylist Maria Slaghekke knew what to do with it. The spacious sliding doors are open all day in summer. The spacious living room participates fully but can be closed with an impressive sliding glass door if desired. In the pantry or laundry, large drawers and cupboards help keep everything organised. The finish is as luxurious as the kitchen.

Invisible luxury.
Bureau Buitenzin designed the stylish garden. A row of rooftop plane trees provides shade on the sleek terrace. Behind it, four amber trees form a nice colour contrast. The stabilised driveway leads between stately trees to the garage at the back of the garden. There is a safe place for your motorhome or oldtimer. But perhaps the most important thing is hidden from your view: at a depth of two metres there is an impressive geothermal heat network. Combined with solar panels, this makes for a completely energy-neutral home.
Equally invisible are the preparations that make the construction of a luxury swimming pool possible.

Whatever the future brings.
Really everything has already been taken into account in the design. Whether you are considering a home practice, an independent living space for children or parents, life-proof living or an office with its own entrance. The integrated garage is large enough (70m2) for three cars but also for the stock of a business or internet shop, for example. If you want, you can even easily transform the garage into a modern studio by replacing the doors with glass fronts.

Ultimate relaxation.
Thanks to the consistently implemented basic colours black, white and beige, you easily define your own style. The combination of underfloor heating and cooling ensures a pleasant temperature all year round. A luxurious open granite staircase leads to the upper floor. Again, beautifully conceived sight lines to the outside. There are four (bed) rooms and two luxurious bathrooms, one with no less than three sinks. The attic is beautifully finished and suitable for another two (sleeping) rooms, a gym or wellness area.

Haaksbergen
You live on the northern side of Haaksbergen with (within just 500 metres) both a small shopping centre (with all basic amenities) and the outlying area with moors, fens and forests within easy reach......... and within 10 minutes you reach access to the motorways!
